What would my DO/7K indicate about my love relationships and marriage? Also would it be more likely that I will or should marry later in life? (My Qimen Dunjia chart also has Zi Wei & Tian Xiang in the spouse palace)

With respect to your DO/7K, just because your DO is missing does not mean you cannot or should not marry. It make just take longer for you to find the right one and you will have to be much more proactive about it. Since you have 7K in your DP, a more unconventional type of relationship will work much better – for example long distance, or in the same location but different households, or someone from a very different cultural background than you, etc. It’s not to say that marriage is not good for you – but you may feel more comfortable and it will require less effort in a non-traditional type of relationship.
